    在 Ayrshare [控制台](https://app.ayrshare.com/) 中，从左侧导航进入 "Posts"。

  <Step title="选择社交网络">
    选择你想发布该帖子的社交网络。你也可以点击 <Icon icon="circle-xmark" iconType="solid" color="#aeada7" /> 从列表中移除所有社交网络。

  <Step title="填写必填字段">
