Recupera las cuentas publicitarias de Instagram disponibles asociadas con el perfil autenticado.
Este endpoint te permite acceder a la información básica de la cuenta, así como a métricas clave de las cuentas publicitarias.

    El objeto `metrics` contiene datos de rendimiento agregados de todos los anuncios en
    la cuenta.

    Los resultados se almacenan en caché durante 10 minutos para optimizar el rendimiento y reducir las llamadas

    El estado de la cuenta en la respuesta JSON puede ser uno de: `active`, `disabled`, `unsettled`, `pending_risk_review`, `pending_settlement`, `in_grace_period`, `pending_closure`, `closed`, `any_active` o `any_closed`.

<Note>
  Estos endpoints requieren una cuenta de Instagram Business conectada a través de Facebook con permiso de administración de anuncios. Vuelve a vincular a través de Facebook si falta ese permiso. Instagram Login no es compatible. Las cuentas publicitarias de Meta pueden contener anuncios tanto de Facebook como de Instagram; la lista de cuentas no es una lista exclusiva de Instagram. Los anuncios enviados y el historial están limitados a Instagram.

Usa `facebook` o `instagram` en la URL de anuncios. Otros valores de plataforma devuelven HTTP 400 con `code: 101`.
