Récupérez les comptes publicitaires Instagram disponibles associés au profil authentifié.
Cet endpoint vous permet d'accéder aux informations de base du compte ainsi qu'aux indicateurs clés des comptes publicitaires.

<Note>
  Ces endpoints nécessitent un compte Instagram Business connecté via Facebook avec l'autorisation de gestion des annonces. Reconnectez le compte via Facebook si cette autorisation est manquante. Instagram Login n'est pas pris en charge. Les comptes publicitaires Meta peuvent contenir des annonces à la fois pour Facebook et Instagram ; la liste des comptes n'est pas une liste réservée à Instagram. Les annonces soumises et l'historique sont limités à Instagram.

Utilisez `facebook` ou `instagram` dans l'URL des annonces. Les autres valeurs de plateforme renvoient un HTTP 400 avec `code: 101`.
