# ソーシャルメディア投稿を公開する方法 | Ayrshare ドキュメント

> Ayrshare Dashboard から投稿を公開するためのステップバイステップガイド: コンテンツを作成し、メディアを追加し、プラットフォームを選択して、投稿またはスケジュールします。

投稿を公開するためのステップバイステップガイドです:

    Ayrshare [Dashboard](https://app.ayrshare.com/) の左側のナビゲーションで「Posts」に移動します。

  <Step title="ソーシャルネットワークを選択">
    投稿を公開したいソーシャルネットワークを選択します。<Icon icon="circle-xmark" iconType="solid" color="#aeada7" /> をクリックして、リストからすべてのソーシャルネットワークを削除することもできます。

  <Step title="必要なフィールドを入力">
    投稿テキストを入力します。選択したソーシャルネットワークによっては、追加のフィールドを入力する必要がある場合があります。
    たとえば、YouTube を選択した場合は、動画タイトルを入力する必要があります。

  <Step title="メディアを追加">
    オプションで、コンピュータからアップロードするか、URL を貼り付けることで、投稿に画像や動画を追加します。

    動画を Facebook Reel または Instagram Story として公開するなど、オプションで異なるオプションを選択します。

    投稿を即座に公開するには **Post Now** をクリックします。将来の時刻に投稿をスケジュールするには **Schedule Post** をクリックします。
