<PlansAvailable plans={["business"]} maxPackRequired={false} />

取得所有 User Profile 的使用者資料。此批次端點可作為替代方案，避免針對每位使用者連續快速呼叫 /user 端點，因而可能觸發速率限制。

此端點會回傳一組預先簽署的 URL，指向包含所有 User Profile 資料的檔案。請留意 `urlAvailable` 欄位所標示的檔案可用時間。

預先簽署的 URL 會在建立後 7 天過期。每 3 小時可產生一個新檔案。
