# Instagram 發文問題排查 | Ayrshare 文件

> 修復 Ayrshare 常見的 Instagram 發文問題，包含發佈失敗、媒體格式錯誤與帳戶權限，附有逐步解決方案。

如果你在發文時收到 Instagram 權限問題的錯誤，或系統顯示你的帳戶未連結（即使已連結 Facebook 帳戶），可能是部分存取權限未被授予。

例如，若你收到下列錯誤:

    *Unsupported post request. Object with ID \[id number] does not exist,
    cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this
    operation. Please read the Graph API documentation*
  </li>
</ul>

或

<ul class="custom-bullets">
  <li>*There is an issue with your Instagram account type or permissions.*</li>
</ul>

請採取下列步驟:

### 1. 確認你的 Instagram 商業帳戶仍與 Facebook Page 連結

如果你使用 Facebook Page 連接方式，請確認 Instagram 為商業（Business）帳戶，並已連結至某個 Facebook Page。

1. 登入 Facebook 並前往你的 Facebook Page。點選左側選單的「Settings」。
2. 選擇「Instagram」並確認你的 Instagram 帳戶已連結，或點選「Connect Account」。
3. 在 Ayrshare 儀表板的「Social Accounts」中取消連結並重新連結你的 Instagram 帳戶。

### 2. 檢查你的 Instagram 權限

若問題仍未解決，請檢查授予 Ayrshare 的權限。

登入 Facebook 並前往「Setting」->「Settings & Privacy」->「Security & Login」->「Business Integration」。

在 [Business Integration 頁面](https://www.facebook.com/help/405094243235242/)點選 Ayrshare App。

會出現彈出視窗。向下捲動至「Upload media and create post for Instagram」與「Access profile and posts for Instagram」。勾選「Instagram Accounts」兩個核取方塊:

點選「Save」。‌

回到 Ayrshare 儀表板，取消連結並重新連結 Instagram。現在你應該擁有正確的權限。
