When you begin the trial from the pricing page, checkout collects a payment method (a credit card or Stripe Link) before the trial starts. The trial is free for the full 28 days, and you can cancel anytime before it renews so you are not charged. For ongoing use, the Launch Plan is the entry-tier multi-user plan (capped at 10 user profiles), and the full Business Plan is for scaling beyond that.
