If you receive a 500 error with the message “Internal Error” or “Internal Server Error” please verify that the URL called is valid as detailed in the Ayrshare docs. If the URL looks ok, the Internal Error means that there was a network connectivity issue between your server and our cloud provider Google. If this error occurs, please retry your request.
