This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Neverminds Solution LLC and its related companies collect, use, and share personal information of users of www.ayrshare.com and related services.

When you register for our Service, we collect information necessary to provide and secure the Service, communicate with you, and support your account.

Compliance

We use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including applicable standard contractual clauses and other mechanisms required by privacy law.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on recognized legal transfer mechanisms and design our systems with data minimization and access controls in mind.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:

• Your email address, full name, and profile photo.
• Billing details, processed only by our third-party payment intermediary.
• Social account authorization data required to operate the Service.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website (www.ayrshare.com) and our platform (app.ayrshare.com). A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though blocking essential technologies may affect how the website and platform work.

On our website

Essential. Required for the site to function and to keep it secure: Cloudflare (network security and delivery), Google Tag Manager (tag delivery), reCAPTCHA (bot and abuse prevention), Usercentrics (recording your consent choices), and our support chat and web forms (Intercom and HubSpot Forms).

Analytics and marketing. Used only with your consent where the law requires it: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads including conversion tracking and remarketing, Microsoft Advertising including remarketing, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, and MailerLite.

To see the full list of services and change or withdraw your choices at any time, select Privacy Settings in the footer of any page. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked to consent before any non-essential technology is set.

On our platform

On our platform we use only the technologies required to operate your account, such as authentication and session state. We do not use advertising or analytics technologies on the platform.

We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and platform for essential technologies, and on your consent for everything else.

Service Data

The Service processes social profile data, posts, analytics, comments, and messages according to the permissions granted by you or your end users.

What we never do

We do not sell customer social account data. Access is limited to operating the Service you have engaged us to provide.

YouTube and Google API Services

Ayrshare uses YouTube API Services to publish content to, and retrieve analytics from, the YouTube channels you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy explains how Google handles your information.

When you connect a YouTube channel we store the authorization tokens Google issues to us, your channel identifier and name, and the videos, metadata, and analytics you request through the Service. We use this information only to provide the features you have asked for.

You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the channel in your Ayrshare dashboard, or through Google's security settings. When a channel is disconnected we delete the stored authorization data for that channel. Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, request deletion, receive your information in a portable format, object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you have previously given.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@ayrshare.com from the address associated with your account, or delete data directly through the API. We will acknowledge your request within five business days and complete it within 30 days, and we will tell you if we need more time. We do not charge a fee, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

We process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, to operate your account and the Service; our legitimate interests, to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve the product; your consent, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; and compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting records.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland and you believe we have not resolved your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary:

1. While your account is active and you use the Service.
2. As required to meet legal, tax, or compliance obligations.
3. Until you request deletion, after which we remove it on the schedule below.

Deletion requests

Delete a profile through the API and billing and processing for that profile stop.

Verified requests

Most data is purged automatically once a deletion request is confirmed and your identity is verified.

Response time

We acknowledge verified deletion requests within five business days and complete them within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex we will tell you before the 30 days expire and complete it within a further 60 days. Backups that contain deleted data are overwritten as part of our routine backup rotation.

Audit logging

Deletion events are recorded in our audit log for compliance reporting.

California Privacy Rights

In the twelve months before the date of this policy we collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as your name and email address; commercial information such as subscription and billing records, processed by Stripe; internet and network activity such as site usage and analytics; and the authorization data for the social accounts you connect.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics technologies on our website that may involve “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines that term. You can opt out at any time by selecting Privacy Settings in the footer of any page and declining marketing technologies.

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. To exercise these rights, email support@ayrshare.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
