TL;DR
Ayrshare powers the social publishing layer behind Quso (formerly Vidyo.ai), an AI video platform serving 4M+ users. A single integration shipped in January 2022 still runs the entire stack today: 309,839 posts published in the last 30 days alone, 4.2M+ publish API calls lifetime, across seven networks (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest). Zero engineering bandwidth spent on social platform maintenance, leaving the team focused on what actually drives the product: the AI.
About Quso
Vedant Maheshwari and Kushagra Pandya founded the company in 2021, with Vedant as CEO and Kushagra as CTO. Vedant Maheshwari had spent fifteen years in the social media space before founding Quso.ai. Long enough to know exactly what happens when a product team tries to maintain direct integrations with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X at the same time.
"That's two engineers' bandwidth gone right there," he puts it, "and you have to keep updating with whatever Meta does next."
Before starting the company, Vedant ran content distribution for what he describes as India's version of TED Talks- 30 pieces of video content a week, in 10 languages, with 30 people doing the work by hand. The volume was unmanageable. He left with a clear hypothesis: AI would eventually handle almost all of that. He started Quso.ai to build it.
The platform takes long-form content, like podcasts, webinars, interviews and YouTube uploads and converts it into short-form posts optimized for each major social network. The AI identifies which moments will perform, writes captions tuned to each platform, generates titles and hooks, and resizes everything for the right aspect ratio. Creators handle the final 10 to 20 percent: approval, voice, judgment.

When they hit publish, the post has to actually get there - reliably, across six networks, on behalf of hundreds of independent user accounts.
The Challenge
Publishing to one social network isn't complicated. Publishing to six, at scale, on behalf of hundreds of independent end-users, without breaking when any one of those platforms changes something, that's a different job.
- Every network has its own auth flow. OAuth, token refresh, and revocation all work differently on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Rate limits are per-profile, per-network, and they change. Staying within them at scale requires active tracking.
- Platforms update their APIs on their own schedule. Each change is unplanned engineering work that has to ship fast, or posts start failing.
For an AI company, the cost is immense: the engineers best suited to debug a silent API deprecation are the same ones who should be improving the model. Every hour spent on platform maintenance is an hour the AI doesn't get better.
Vedant had watched enough teams pay that cost, so he decided early that Quso.ai wouldn't.
The Solution
Quso.ai integrated Ayrshare in January 2022, shortly after the company launched. They've run their entire social publishing pipeline on it since.
The integration covers three things.
1. Publishing and Scheduling
Every post a Vidyo.ai user approves goes out through Ayrshare. Network routing, scheduling, and retry logic all happen at the infrastructure layer.
2. Analytics
Platform engagement metrics feed back into Quso.ai's product, so users can see what's performing without leaving the platform. For an AI content product, that feedback loop is the signal the model learns from.
3. Multi-Tenant Architecture
This is what makes the setup work at product scale. Quso.ai publishes on behalf of hundreds of independent accounts, each with its own connected social profiles, rate limit budgets, and OAuth tokens. Ayrshare's Business Plan handles all of that: profile isolation, token refresh and concurrency at the infrastructure level. Quso.ai's engineers make one API call; Ayrshare handles everything else.
The Results
The integration the team shipped in 2022 is still the one running today, now handling 309,839 posts in the last 30 days alone, across seven networks.
Through four years of platform API volatility, Meta tightening review requirements, Instagram changing how it accepts video submissions, and X shifting its pricing and access models, no one at Quso.ai has been pulled off the product roadmap to respond.
Ayrshare is one of maybe three vendors we picked in 2022 that we'd still pick today. Over 4 million publish calls across seven platforms, through our rebrand from Vidyo.ai to Quso.ai, no engineer ever pulled onto platform API changes. Social publishing is table stakes you maintain forever, and handing that to a team whose whole job is keeping up with TikTok, Meta, and X was one of our best calls.

Vedant Maheshwari
CEO & Co-founder, Quso.ai
The division of labor has stayed simple: Ayrshare handles the platforms; Quso.ai handles the AI.
Before and After Ayrshare
| Before Ayrshare | After Ayrshare | |
|---|---|---|
| Platform integrations | Engineering bandwidth required per network | Single API covers 13+ networks |
| API changes | Each breaking change lands on the product team | Absorbed by Ayrshare |
| OAuth and token refresh | Built and maintained in-house | Fully managed per profile |
| Profile scaling | Each new network required new integration work | Same integration, 4M+ users later |
| Engineering focus | Social integrations competed with AI development | Entirely on AI and product |
What's Next
In 2024, the company rebranded from Vidyo.ai to Quso.ai as it expanded beyond AI video editing into a broader social media AI suite. The publishing infrastructure underneath hasn't changed. Ayrshare's 13+ supported networks mean adding platforms for users is an account connection, not an engineering project, and the team stays focused on what's actually driving growth: the AI.

Common Questions About Multi-Tenant Social Publishing with Ayrshare
Platform integrations are Ayrshare's responsibility to maintain. When a network updates its authentication model, changes how it accepts content, or shifts its rate limit policy, that work happens on Ayrshare's side. Vidyo.ai's team hasn't shipped a single engineering response to a platform API change in the past 4 years.
Each end user connects their social accounts through Ayrshare's OAuth flow. From that point, Ayrshare manages the tokens, handles refresh before expiry, and tracks rate limits per profile independently. The product team passes a profile identifier, and Ayrshare handles routing, limits, and delivery. No per-network OAuth code, no token store, no custom retry logic per platform.
Ayrshare supports 13+ networks, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Facebook, through a single API.
AI content platforms hit the publishing infrastructure problem harder than most. The AI generates at volume, which means rate limits get hit faster, token expiry comes up more often, and a breaking change has bigger consequences because more posts are queued. Ayrshare's per-profile rate limit tracking, managed token refresh, and Business Plan are built for that kind of scale.
